Persistent concrete incrustations may be deposited on the surface of machines and equipment that come into contact with fresh concrete. Removing these deposits can lead to longer downtimes. Mixer protection agents form a separating layer between the concrete and the machine surfaces. This prevents concrete and mortar from sticking to the surfaces. Regular use makes it easier to clean and maintain vehicles and equipment, which significantly reduces expensive cleaning and repair work and measurably shortens service life. High-quality mixer protection is characterized by high adhesion and water-penetrating properties.

Application of concrete processing release agents
Ideally, the agent should be applied to the dry machine surface in the morning before the first mixing process. BETONEX mixer protection agents are highly effective, which is why an economical and continuous application is sufficient. Puddle formation on the floor of concrete mixers must always be avoided. In any case, spraying must done regularly.
After the end of work, vehicles, machines and equipment can be easily cleaned of adhesions using a "sharp" water jet or high-pressure cleaner. The next application of the mixer protection agent can then be made immediately on the wet surface or on the next day on the dry surface. BETONEX agents should be applied with a suitable sprayer with stainless steel flat jet nozzle at 4 to 6 bar.
