With the special RENEP slideway oils from FUCHS, the lubricating film is optimally formed on the surface. Chemically acting additives activate the metal surface, form wear protection layers and reduce friction. Good adhesion and good wetting behavior also prevent the possible washing of the lubricating film by the cooling lubricant. Special surface-active agents improve the lubricity of film, reduce the coefficient of friction and reduce the frictional forces during start-up and at a constant feed rate and protect the surfaces against corrosion on RENEP slideway oils.

RENEP high-performance slideway oils for machine tools excel through a multitude of properties. They offer excellent demulsifying ability, low coefficients of friction, good compatibility with cooling lubricants and a high degree of wear protection.
