Description

BITEEREX C 1 is a novel asphalt release emulsion concentrate based on vegetable oils.
The release agent is free of solvents and mineral oils and dries quickly after its application, thus forming a rain-resistant oil film.

Field of application

BITEEREX C 1 was especially developed for the use on rubber-tire rollers and feeder conveyors. Thus it is very well compatible with common plastics. BITEEREX C 1 is also ideally suited for dump truck beds.
Apart from its field of application as asphalt release agent, BITEEREX C 1 also shows a very good cleaning effect. Just spray the mixed product onto the still hot asphalt or bitumen residues, leave it until the water has evaporated, then wipe the surface clean with a cloth.

Method of application

BITEEREX C 1 is supplied as emulsion concentrate to be mixed with water before its practical use. The mixing ratio is 1:1, and the mixture is to be shaken well.
The prepared emulsion should be depleted within 5 days.
Should separation occur after the product has not been used for a while, the emulsion may be stabilized by re-shaking for another 5 days.
BITEEREX C 1 is applied in a thin and homogeneous layer onto the clean and dry surface using a suitable spraying device (with UniJet nozzle TPU800067-SS). Do not apply in the rain. Pay attention to economical use. Drop formation and excessive application are to be avoided. The consumption of BITEEREX C 1 is app. 40 to 60m² per liter.
BITEEREX C 1 may not be diluted with oils or solvents.
Release agent tanks have to be emptied completely and, if required, flushed before they are initially filled with BITEEREX C 1, in order to prevent negative interactions with the previously used release agent.
