FUCHS Sponsorship Award for social projects

Through its Sponsorship Award, FUCHS SE supports social projects by charitable institutions in Mannheim. The FUCHS Sponsorship Award is an important pillar of our social commitment and stands under the patronage of the mayor of Mannheim. The funding provided each year is generally sufficient to sponsor between 10 and 15 projects. The award winners are selected in cooperation with the City of Mannheim, Work and Social department, and announced at the award ceremony.

Who is the FUCHS Sponsorship Award given to?

  • The award focuses on social projects by smaller institutions that do not receive any other funding.
  • We sponsor projects aimed at a wide variety of target groups: children, the elderly, people with physical or mental disabilities, immigrants, and many more.
  • Sustainable economic activity and innovative developments are important to us in our social commitments, too, which is why we award an additional prize for particularly outstanding projects to selected winners:

  • "Project of the Year – Sustainability"
  • "Project of the Year – Innovation"

Which prerequisites do applicants need to meet?
