On March 16, 2009, the Schutzgemeinschaft Fuchs, Mannheim, Deutschland, has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares the Voting Rights of each member of the Schutzgemeinschaft Fuchs on FUCHS PETROLUB AG, Mannheim, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0005790406, WKN: 579040, have exceeded the 50% limit of the Voting Rights on March 16, 2009. The following Voting Rights announcements are to be released according to Article 26, Section 1 WpHG:

Dr Manfred Fuchs, Deutschland, has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 WpHG, that via shares his Voting Rights on FUCHS PETROLUB AG have exceeded the 50% limit of the Voting Rights on March 16, 2009 and now amount to 51,73% (this corresponds to 6.120.018 Voting Rights). According to Article 22, Section 2 of the WpHG, 49,83% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 5.894.757 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to Dr Manfred Fuchs.

Lieselotte Fuchs, Deutschland, has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 WpHG, that via shares her Voting Rights on FUCHS PETROLUB AG have exceeded the 50% limit of the Voting Rights on March 16, 2009 and now amount to 51,73% (this corresponds to 6.120.018 Voting Rights). According to Article 22, Section 2 of the WpHG, 51,20% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 6.056.807 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to Lieselotte Fuchs.
