The Gothaer Finanzholding AG, Cologne, Germany, has notified us on October 2nd, 2009 pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG that its percentage of voting rights in FUCHS PETROLUB AG, Mannheim, Germany, ISIN: DE0005790406, WKN: 579040 fell below the threshold of 3% on September 25th, 2009 and amounts to 2.92% (345923 voting rights) as per this date.

Of these voting rights, 2.92% (345923 voting rights) are to be attributed to Gothaer Finanzholding AG pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG.

Further, the Gothaer Versicherungsbank VVaG, Cologne, Germany, has notified us on October 2nd, 2009 pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG that its percentage of voting rights in FUCHS PETROLUB AG, Mannheim, Germany, ISIN: DE0005790406, WKN: 579040 fell below the threshold of 3% on September 25th, 2009 and amounts to 2.92% (345923 voting rights) as per this date.
Of these voting rights, 2.92% (345923 voting rights) are to be attributed to Gothaer Versicherungsbank VVaG pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG.
