Our Responsibility under the German Supply Chain Act
FUCHS LUBRICANTS GERMANY acts according to clear ethical principles, which have been defined in our Policy of Social Responsibility and in our Code of Conduct. We grant high importance to the protection of human rights and the environment, both in our own area of responsibility as well as along the supply chain.

German Supply Chain Act
Since 01.01.2024, the German Supply Chain Act is applicable to FUCHS LUBRICANTS GERMANY GmbH.
Therefore, several topics are moving further into the focus of our business activities. In particular, we are obliged to implement the following requirements:
- Systematic identification of risks relating to human rights and the environment
- Definition and implementation of appropriate preventive and corrective measures
We have chosen the rating provider IntegrityNext to support us in our risk analysis.

We clearly stated our expectations towards our suppliers in our new FUCHS Supplier Code of Conduct.
Rules of Procedure
We encourage an open dialog with each other and aim to offer employees, suppliers and other stakeholder easy access to various complaint channels.
- Through our Human Rights Officer, you can draw our attention to human rights or environmental risks or violations relating to the business activities of FUCHS LUBRICANTS GERMANY.
- Alternatively, you can contact us (anonymously if you wish) via our electronic whistleblower system FUCHS Compliance Communication System.
