Description

SOK 912 is a concrete release agent which is suitable for all absorbent and non-absorbent formwork. The aromatic compounds in the contained solvent have been extracted to a great degree which has a positive effect on the formation of odours. SOK 912 is adjusted 'greasier' than its associated product SOK 128, and therefore it hardly contaminates the shuttering with release agent.

Field of application

SOK 912 is suitable for all formwork, e.g. roughly sawn and planed wooden formwork, steel formwork, film- and plastic-lined panels, polysulphide matrixes, and ABS-lined systems.

Method of application

A thin and uniform coat of SOK 912 is applied with a brush or a suitable spraying device (with T jet nozzle SS 800067) to the clean and dry formwork. Consumption for non-absorbent formwork: 50 - 100 m²/l, for absorbent formwork: 30 - 60 m²/l. SOK 912 may not be diluted with water, oils, or sovents - it is ready for use!

Notes

- storage temperature not below -5 °C
- the storage period should not exceed 1 year
- store barrels on their sides
- reseal packaging after removal, e.g. to prevent the active substances from escaping at elevated temperatures
- preliminary trials required

Note the WHG and EC safety data sheet! The product may not come in contact with zinc or galvanised materials.
